Keele Practice aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let Jan Downes our Practice Manager know and she will be happy to help. In the majority of cases concerns can easily be resolved. The PCT have a Patient Liaison Team (PALs) who can liaise on your behalf with the Practice to resolve issues that you may have. They can be contacted by ringing 0800 389 8832.

However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can write to: The Complaints Manager, NHS North Staffordshire, Morston House, The Midway, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 1QG. The complaints dept can be contacted via the NHS North Staffs website by email.
